What's The American Dream?

The American dream is what you make it, really. In America, almost anything is possible. When one fails at life with no success whatsoever, you ARE frowned upon, and no it's not because of how you look, but what you've done or haven't done with your life. The American dream is guaranteed for any united states citizen, and very posssible for an immigrant. In America, everything's possible.
My American dream is simple. I do not prefer or ask for a family like most women, but I do want a successful career with a passion. My american dream consists of being a criminal attorney. Sometimes I do doubt my career preference, but i do know I want to be successful. All I want, need actually or I'll be very depressed, is a stable high wage job while helping others at the same time. Even if I can't see the person I'm saving, or if I become a writer, inspire people, I'd be so grateful its unimaginable how my gratitude and thanks to those who'd help me would extend. That, my friends, is MY American dream.
